• Product quantity ordered less than the standard pack quantity then you might get your product in plain packaging.

• Each order would be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

• To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we make shipments through reputed courier and transport agencies. These carriers ship the item on weekdays ( Monday-Saturday)

• We make our best efforts to ensure that each item in your order is shipped within 2-3 working days from the order date.

• If the product is not delivered in a good condition or if the packaging is tampered or damaged, you can mail us at support@autopartbazaar.com , specifying your order number and pictures of the packaged product received.

• Shipment details would be provided on the email ID specified by you while placing your order on the website.
